Please fix the iPad Mini glitch

I love this game. Its my favorite racing game ever. However, when I got my new iPad Mini, it started to glitch out. I got rid of my old iPad, so I have now wasted 5 bucks on a game I cant play. Please fix the main menu glitch. Theres not even any options to select. If you cant fix it, can I have my money back?
